Anderson University and the College of Business invite applications for two fulltime, tenure-track positions – one in Quantitative Management and one in the Qualitative areas. Both positions start August, 2010. Anderson University is a comprehensive, liberal arts institution affiliated with the South Carolina Baptist Convention. Preferred candidates will hold a Ph.D. in Management or a DBA with a concentration in Management or a related field and some professional business management experience. The first position includes teaching quantitative courses, such as operations management, quality, statistics, and quantitative analysis. The second position includes teaching management, human resource management, organizational behavior, leadership, and/or global business. These positions will fulfill staffing needs within the MBA program and will also involve teaching at the undergraduate level. Candidates should have the desire to provide a positive impact on traditional and adult student learning. Salary and rank will be commensurate with education and experience.
